Q1: How will I receive my plan?
A: Once you've completed your purchase and initial questionnaire, your plan will be to you via email as a PDF upon payment confirmation.
Q2: What equipment do I need?
A: Your plan is built around the equipment you have access to. We'll ask you about this in the intake questionnaire, whether you train at a commercial gym, at home with limited equipment, or with just your bodyweight.
Q3: What if I have an injury or dietary restriction?
A: Please disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions in your intake form. We will build your plan to work around them safely and effectively. We are not medical doctors and advise consulting your GP before starting any new fitness programme.
Q4: What is your refund policy?
A: Due to the highly personalised and digital nature of our plans, we do not offer refunds once the plan has been created and delivered. We are committed to your success and will work with you to revise the plan if you are not satisfied.
